Edan, listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange in China (stock code: 300206), is a leading developer, manufacturer and marketer of medical devices which has a significant and growing presence worldwide. To date, Edan operates in four segments: Fetal Monitoring Products, ECG Products, Patient Monitoring Products, and Ultrasound Images Systems, and offers a broad range of more than 80 products to approximately 120 countries and regions.

It is noticed recently that (1) certain companies, whose company names are similar to Edan, advertise and distribute medical devices to our customers; and (2) certain companies advertise and distribute medical devices with similar marks to EDAN^TM mark (e.g. “***EDAN”, “EDAN***”, “***EDAN***”), which brings confusion to our customers.

Edan hereby declares that, Edan Instruments, Inc. is the owner of EDAN^TM mark, and Edan Instruments, Inc. is the only registered manufacturer of EDAN^TM products. Edan Instruments, Inc. NEVER authorizes the use of EDAN^TM mark on products indicating any other company as the manufacturer.

Please identify “Edan Instruments, Inc.” and “EDAN^TM” mark to make your right choice.
